How many pictures will I get?

From all day coverage you’ll get between 400-600 pictures, with my average being about 500. I don’t limit them, you get all the images worth keeping, which varies between weddings. All pictures will be available for you in hi resolution and online to view along with proof layouts of any albums you are getting.

How long until we can see the pictures?

Pictures and proofs will take around 6 weeks but could take slightly longer in the summer. It can take a further 6 weeks for delivery on your album.

How do we reserve a date?

If you’re ready to book then I just require a booking fee of £200. The final balance is due one week before your wedding. There’s a booking form to complete and return too.

Can we print the pictures ourselves?

Yes, you’ll get all the hi res images on your online gallery plus a USB for physical backup, so you’ll be able to arrange your own prints as they will be licensed for your personal use.

Do you travel?

Yes, up to 2 hours from central Manchester is included in the price. I’m more than happy to travel further and I would love to hear from you wherever you’re planning your wedding, it’ll simply be my usual fees plus travel expenses.

Can we choose the pictures in the album?

Of course you can! If you want then I can get the ball rolling and design the album around what I think are the best photos but you get the final say and can make as many changes to my initial design as you like. If we’re not able to get together then I can send you proofs of the album layouts to view online and we can discuss them over email, phone or Skype.

Do we need to feed you?

When you’re eating is usually my time to have a short break, if your venue can provide a little something for me to eat it’s always appreciated but by no means essential.

Will you take group shots?

I am more than happy to do group pictures. Group shots however are becoming less popular with most couples only opting for a small handful. Group pictures don’t have to be so formal though and it’s really up to you how many we do. I’ll be there for you all day so you can feel free to ask me to take shots with friends and family as and when the mood takes you on the day.

How long is all day coverage?

All day coverage is just that, there’s no real set amount of hours involved. I’ll normally start 2-3 hours before the ceremony depending on your requirements and finish shortly after the first dance or cutting of the cake whichever is last. If things are running a little late in the evening, as they often do, there’s no need to worry about me, I’ll be there until I said I would be.That suits most couples but if your wedding is all about the party then (subject to availability) for a small extra charge I can stay until midnight.

Will you visit the venue before the wedding?

Mostly it’s not needed and I will make time on the morning to familiarise myself with a venue and talk to the staff there.

Will you run another competition?

I think it’s important to give something back and Win Your Wedding Photography was a great success in 2017, so it’s highly likely I’ll run something similar in 2018
