19th April 2018 / Engagement Mini Shoot Pre Wedding
Southport Engagement Photography | Rob & Emma
Pre wedding in Southport
What a smashing location Southport is for an engagement photography session! We started off on Southport Pier which dates back to 1860. It’s the countries oldest iron pier and the second longest too. We then had a little walk into town checking out Funland’s free hall of mirrors and grabbing an ice cream on the way back. You’ll see Skip helped himself too! It was then onto the sand dunes just south of the town. Skip got to run free and Rob and Emma had a lovely time too. We all got to enjoy some sunshine which was a treat for us all.
Some words from Rob and Emma
“We’re both originally from Southport so thought what better way to go back to where we first met! We wanted to have a bit of fun with the shoot and Mike captured the picturesque, as well kitsch side of Southport’s seafront perfectly. Initially, we were pretty nervous about the day to be honest, but ended up really enjoying ourselves (and so did Skip!). Mike kept us relaxed and at ease throughout the afternoon and kept it fun the whole time. With the wedding now just around the corner, we’re already excited to see the photos from the day after seeing these ones. Bring on the wedding!”
